In the 1990s Russia experienced a total shock destruction of her economy and the public degradation of her institutions. Russia was on the verge of disappearing.

The United States completely controlled Russian politics in the 1990s, even rewriting their Constitution after the debacle of privatization. Yet this postmodern behemoth has the gall to equate RT's journalism with "vote tampering."
