The Daily Nationalist: The Sermon on the Mound III – DN 060818

dn 060818

Florian Geyer joins Sven Longshanks to continue looking at Christ’s speech to his disciples at the mound.

It had already been stated that there was to be no change in the law, so where it states thou shalt not kill, it only means thou shalt not kill unjustly. We are required to carry out capital punishment for capital crimes and if we don’t, then that crime is on our own heads.

This part of the speech deals with how we should treat our brothers and is applicable to the Nationalist movement. It is more important that we cease feuding with one another, rather than argue over who is the most ideologically pure.

Advice is also given not to involve outside sources such as the courts, as this will always end up costing more than an apology and is guaranteed to stall any movement. The National Front a few years back are a good example of this, where arguments over who owned the name prevented them from fielding election candidates.

Avoiding temptation to sin is also expanded upon, particularly the temptation to commit adultery, which can happen internally as well as externally.

Joseph Goebbels used to read and meditate upon this speech, so it was clearly a great influence upon him and we can see why when we read through it.
